On your first call, we'll take the time to gather some essential information so we can schedule an estimate at a time that's convenient for you. In particular, we'll ask you for the desired time and date, as well as the address of the work, your e-mail address and your full contact details. This information will enable us to ensure efficient handling of your request, rigorous follow-up of your file and clear communication throughout the process.
One of our estimators will visit you on site to take exact measurements and evaluate the scope of the work involved. He or she will show you the products and materials used, our work process, the time slots available and the various stages of the project, all tailored to your specific needs. Please note that a deposit of 10 % is required to confirm the work and add it to the schedule.
Confirmation by e-mail (or telephone) will be sent to you 24 to 48 hours before work is due to start. We will also ask you to provide parking spaces for mobilized units and vehicles. The reality of the urban environment often makes access to the site more complex. That's why we're asking for your cooperation in facilitating the arrival of our team, ensuring rapid installation and efficient workflows.
Once the work has been completed, a member of our team will contact you to arrange a follow-up appointment. This meeting will enable us to verify that all the work has been carried out in accordance with the terms of the contract, and to ensure your complete satisfaction with the service rendered. Please note that no financing is available and that a maximum of 30 days is allowed for final payment.
